This 9.5oz original jersey is made using different thicknesses of yarn: 20-ply yarn on the front and 30-ply yarn on the back.
To eliminate the disadvantage of the fabric tending to twist in one direction (diagonal) after washing, the fabric is knitted by alternating right-twisted yarn and left-twisted cotton yarn.
By using a fleece knitting machine, the fabric is not stressed without tension, resulting in a very soft and fluffy fabric.
For natural fabrics, the soaping (raw yarn) is used as is before dyeing, while for colors such as gun black, the product is processed using sulfur dyeing.
By using sulfur dyeing, you can enjoy the natural fading of the color just like denim.
