The 1960s saw the development of motorization.
This is a representative piece created with the image of the free American atmosphere seen in oil and earth as its inspiration.

The waist has a moderately deep rise and the silhouette eliminates bulk at the hem.

Back pockets with hidden rivets and durable triple-stitched inseams.

Features off-white lining, 1605 solid brass buttons, engraved brass UFO rivets and a deerskin leather patch.

The selvedge is inspired by the trophy and checkered flag, with a yellow and black color scheme respectively.

The chain stitching, finished with "UNION SPECIAL", brings out the beautiful puckering that is unique to vintage items.

Core yarn, which is made by wrapping cotton around a polyester core, is used as sewing thread.

It combines durability with a faded texture, and the thickness of the thread varies depending on the area.

Original 14.5oz denim woven with No. 6 warp threads and No. 6 weft threads.

The yarn is custom-made to reproduce the uneven, textured yarn of the time when spinning technology was still in its infancy, and the weaving is done slowly and powerfully on the famous TOYODA G-3 loom, which reduces the warp tension to the limit.

This results in denim with a very textured and expressive look.

The warp threads are dyed with indigo rope dye.
