5oz selvedge chambray inspired by chambray shirts from the 60s .
In order to reproduce the texture of the fabric, the yarn is specially ordered to create a natural uneven texture.
The dyeing process is done using rope dyeing, just like denim, so the core of the thread is not dyed, allowing you to enjoy the changes that occur over time.
All processes are carried out in Okayama Prefecture, a denim production area, and the fabric is woven slowly and carefully on an old-fashioned shuttle loom that has been in operation for over 50 years.
