【Item Description】
A commercial version was produced based on the early model B-15 bomber jacket that was created in 1944 and was manufactured and sold to the civilian market.
The outer shell is made of lightweight, densely woven cotton poplin and the lining is made of alpaca wool.
The main zipper is offset to the right for wind resistance, there is an inner pocket with a dull plated button, and it has been washed once to remove any stiffness and give it a shrunk appearance, creating a well-balanced blend of gear and town wear elements.
The colors are olive drab and urban black, which is not usually found in vintage items.
