[Item Description]

A 6-panel mechanic cap made with original tannin tanned horsehide oil used in the Humming Bird Jacket.

It is strained to an appropriate thickness according to the cap.
Dark brown stitching is used for sewing, and rayon material with excellent breathability and moisture absorption is used for the lining.
Brim length based on A-3 for mechanics of the US Army Air Corps,
We are also particular about fine details such as the depth of the hat body.
Although it is a round head molding with a high degree of difficulty, it is carefully finished by a factory specializing in leather.

Trophy Genuine Horsehide
A saddle that is rare in horse leather.
Compared to cattle, cows have minor scratches, so it is common to hide scratches and blemishes with chrome tanning.
The finest horsehide is made from carefully selected leather that is daringly close to bare skin and finished with traditional tannin tanning to give it a natural look.

After dyeing the base with brown, only the leather surface is dyed. This tannin tanning hill dyeing is the oldest technique.
Only the surface is dyed, so naturally the expression of the leather is easy to come out, and the same wrinkles are carved with the wearer.
