【Item Description】
This storm vest is made from 11oz indigo denim with nep woven into it, cotton oxford with a rough texture and a vintage finish, and the lining is made from a compression-spun blanket with colored nep woven into it.
After one wash, the stitching has softened and puckered, the collar rib has been folded over with a strong tension, and there are highly functional two-way pockets that double as hand warmers.
The middle layer is filled with 3M Thinsulate, which has excellent heat-retaining properties.
The silhouette has been reconstructed with deeper armholes to allow for layering with sweatshirts and denim jackets, and a shoulder line that eliminates floating for a better fit.

Woven using tightly twisted 14/1 x 10/1 yarn, it has the crisp, dry texture that only tightly twisted yarn can provide.
It is light yet has just the right amount of firmness and elasticity.
By using sulfur dyes of different concentrations, we have created an expressive material that has depth of color and changes over time as the material is worn and washed.

11oz selvedge denim.
It is dyed with a deep indigo that seems to contain iron, giving it a unique color tone that feels somewhat dull and heavy.
Nep yarn is used for the weft, giving the surface a natural unevenness and rough texture, and the fabric is finished without being singed.
