We create vintage military chinos based on the concept of the commercial version manufactured and sold to civilians.
The 1947 model, the 47 Civilian, features a modern tapered silhouette with a deep rise and a tapered hem.
Wide square belt loops, TALON zipper fly combined with slacks hook, and triangular gusset at the crotch.
Compared to the 40 Civilian, it is slimmer and has different details, resulting in a unique design that is different from reproductions.
Available in two colors: an original dyed slate gray and a vintage-like khaki with a reddish tint.
[Material]
Weapon material made with warp thread 36/2 and weft thread 24/2, double thread used both vertically and horizontally.
It was adopted as the uniform for the United States Army's West Point Military Academy, and is woven to that standard on an old-fashioned shuttle loom.
It is characterized by its unique strength and luster, which is achieved by using double yarn.
