"Dirt Denim"
14.50z original denim woven with warp thread No. 6 and weft thread No. 6.
The beautiful, uneven denim fabric is reminiscent of roads before they were paved, and exudes an aura that can only be achieved with denim woven on old-fashioned power looms and shuttle looms.
The yarn is custom-made to reproduce the uneven, textured yarn of the time when spinning technology was still in its infancy, and the weaving is done slowly and powerfully on the famous TOYODA G-3 loom, which reduces the warp tension to the limit.
The warp threads are dyed with indigo rope dye.

The silhouette is a just-fit silhouette with a moderate amount of room around the thighs and a natural taper towards the hem.
My own Denim shoes have been worn for a year and a half (about 2-3 times a week) and have aged well.
The front pocket is Round curved pocket design.
It features an original brown deerskin leather patch.
A pin label is placed on the back pocket (right).
The front pocket lining is natural color and the back pocket has hidden rivets for extra strength.
1605 iron buttons, engraved copper UFO rivets.
The iron buttons will change appearance as you wear them.
The sewing thread is made of core yarn, which is made of cotton wrapped around a polyester core.
It combines durability with a faded texture, and the thickness of the thread varies depending on the area.
The selvedge is inspired by the trophy and checkered flag, with yellow and black colour schemes respectively.
The chain stitching, finished with "UNION SPECIAL", brings out the beautiful puckering that is unique to vintage items.
