Due to the media coverage over the past year, Lot.1504 Early Authentic Denim has been in short supply and sold out in the blink of an eye. This is the first time we have it back in stock in about half a year.
This 13.5oz authentic denim is woven using Toyota Industries' oldest G3 loom, with warp threads #7 and weft threads #6.
The weft thread is woven with gray, which goes well with indigo, to create a deep color.
The more it is used, the more twisted and fuzzy it becomes, which combines with the rough texture of fabric produced on a power loom to recreate the texture of fabrics produced in ancient times.
The biggest feature of this denim is that it incorporates elements of trousers in various places.
The slim waistline with no back yoke is accented with a cinch back.
It accentuates the back style when tucked in or set up.
The front pockets of the trousers are easily accessible and very convenient.
The exposed rivets in various places also create a classic atmosphere.
The inseam is a hidden double stitch that looks like a single stitch at first glance.
When compared to the triple-stitched Lot . 1506 (left), it is immediately obvious that it has a cleaner look.
The hem is finished with a 4cm wide single stitch instead of the usual chain stitch. It has white selvedge.

All of the sewing threads used are cotton thread, so you can enjoy the changes that occur as the garment puckers and fades with the sun.
