A masterpiece from Trophy Clothing, based on a 1940s sports jacket and made from original horsehide.
The saddle used is rare for horse leather. The hide is oiled before being thinned to a thickness of 1.3 mm, resulting in a supple texture. Because horsehide is more prone to minor imperfections than cowhide, it is generally chrome tanned to hide scratches and scuffs, but this top-quality horsehide is carefully selected for its natural finish, and is tanned using traditional full vegetable tanning methods to create a natural look.
The back is made from a single luxurious piece of fabric that has been hand-cut by a craftsman who has selected the area.
The front has an original fan-shaped zipper with the TROPHY logo. The slider has a leather strap that makes it easy to open and close even when wearing gloves.
In the chest pocket Uses WALDES chain zipper.
The iron buckle with an Art Deco pattern is brass plated and not treated with rust prevention, so you can enjoy the changes that occur over time just like leather.
