This pullover after-hoodie is made on an old-fashioned loopwheel knitting machine, of which very few still exist, and features a crew neck and a hood.
The fleece fabric is knitted slowly with low tension while maintaining a tight stitch count, without compromising the shape of the yarn, resulting in a fluffy thickness and excellent kickback. The charm of loop wheel knitting, which has almost disappeared due to its poor production efficiency, is maintained by using air-spun yarn for the face yarn, which has a dry touch, while Dusky Purple uses yarn that is pre-dyed and Heather Gray uses coarse-spun yarn, allowing you to enjoy each garment's different look.
In contrast to the front thread, the back thread is made from hand-picked Zimbabwean long-staple cotton, which is extremely soft and feels great against the skin. Among these, a tightly twisted uneven yarn is used, made from rare brown cotton, which is a type of cotton that is rarely harvested. The back side is brushed using one of the few machines that can process the entire garment while still retaining its round body, and is carefully finished using the same process as vintage sweatshirts.
The S-shaped cut flows smoothly from the shoulders to the sleeves and underarms, and the freedom sleeves ensure ample movement around the arms. This reduces tension on the shoulders while creating a natural range of motion, resulting in a comfortable fit.
The neck is made with a durable binder neck, and the front and back feature double V- shaped gussets, a symbol of vintage sweatshirts.
The stitching is done with a triple needle on the front, combining robustness and simplicity. This hoodie faithfully reproduces vintage details while also matching modern styles.
By wearing and washing it repeatedly, the garment will become more accustomed to the wearer's body and you can enjoy watching it change over time.
