The front side is made using 20-ply yarn and the back side is made using 30-ply yarn of different thicknesses, and to eliminate the disadvantage of the fabric tending to twist in one direction (diagonal) after washing, the fabric is knitted by alternating right-twisted yarn and left-twisted cotton yarn.
We use the unbleached soaping (raw yarn) as is before dyeing.
The binder is double-binder type and has a strong neck.
There is a transfer print on the bottom left hem of the front.
The fabric, which is also a distinctive feature, is knitted using a fleece knitting machine, so no tension is applied and there is no stress, resulting in a soft and fluffy fabric.
