We use a 60/40 cloth that combines the abrasion resistance of nylon with the breathability of cotton.
Available in two colors: classic black and seasonal olive.
Commonly known as Rokuyon cloth, this fabric is woven with a ratio of approximately 60% cotton for the weft and approximately 40% nylon for the warp.
In rainy weather, the cotton in the weft absorbs water and expands, clogging the gaps between the threads and making it difficult for water to pass through, while the water-repellent properties of the nylon repel the water.
Cotton's breathability also allows for excellent moisture permeability, allowing moisture and stuffiness to escape.
The nylon thread also gives it excellent tear strength, abrasion resistance, and resistance to snagging and scratches.
Because it is made of cotton, it is more fire resistant than those made from 100% synthetic fibers, making it a great piece to wear for leisure activities.
