This 2nd Type jacket is made from 13.5oz original authentic denim, woven on an old Toyota Industries G3 loom with a No. 7 warp thread and No. 6 weft thread, made of grey yarn.

Vintage Levi's 2nd jacket also features side panels that were only available in larger sizes.

There are original tack button adjusters on the sides.

The back of the flap is made of light-weight denim to reduce thickness.

Each part is stitched with a different color scheme and different sewing threads.

 

Based on warp 7, weft 6 selvedge denim,
The weft thread is dyed gray, which goes very well with indigo.

The surface is mixed with dark indigo, giving it a very deep color.
Combined with the rough texture created by power looms, it creates a texture reminiscent of fabrics produced in ancient times.

It has been worn for about two years and the buttons have changed over time.

Since the product is finished using raw fabric, the more you use it, the more frayed and twisted it will become, allowing you to enjoy the changes that occur over time.

I especially love the fading around the center pleats and box stitching.
