The fabric is slowly woven on rare old-fashioned power looms, giving it a unique uneven texture and old-fashioned warmth.
To use a loom that is by no means efficient for production, artisanal skills honed over many years are required. 
Skilled craftsmen adjust each old-fashioned power loom one by one, and have them weave thicker warp and weft threads at low tension than usual.
It is important to be able to distinguish the sounds that are made while the fabric is being woven, and any defects or abnormalities are detected by ear. 
This is a technique that can only be achieved by craftsmen who have spent an incredible amount of time and effort honing their experience and intuition. 
Old-fashioned power looms weave slowly, going back and forth about 140 to 160 times per minute.
Only 5m of fabric (enough for two pairs of denim pants) can be woven per hour.

The size has been reconsidered and the piece has an A-line silhouette that resembles a coverall.

This is standard denim that has been available since the company's founding, with the house number written as the lot number.
Back pocket with hidden rivets,
Made with off-white threads, 1605 iron buttons, and engraved copper UFO rivets.
The rise is deeper than the previous model.
The silhouette is roomy in the thighs and naturally tapered towards the hem.

A model with the same silhouette as the 1605, but with a W-knee.
Back pockets with hidden rivets and durable triple-stitched inseams.
