It uses 14.5oz fleece fabric that is tightly knitted on a rare old-fashioned hanging knitting machine, of which there are only a few left in existence.
The outer yarn is made of dry-touch air-spun yarn, while Dusky Purple is pre-dyed and Heather Gray is a coarse-grain heathered yarn.
The backing thread is made from brown cotton, a rare long-staple cotton from Zimbabwe.
The tightly twisted uneven yarn made from brown cotton, which is scarcely harvested, is processed using a rare round body raising machine to recreate the same texture as vintage sweatshirts.
It features a set-in sleeve and an auto-lock WALDES aluminum zipper.
The ribbed sleeves and hem provide a comfortable hold and prevent cold air from entering.
The stitching is done with a three-needle outer swivel for added durability.
It also gives off a classic and rustic vibe.
A small cut-and-sew name tag is placed on the small collar so that it does not get in the way when wearing an inner layer.
Another feature of this item is that the collar and zipper add an accent, contrasting with the simple crew neck.
