The design was inspired by the first model, created in 1963 during the hot, rainy and humid Vietnam War.
Cotton poplin mixed with uneven yarns is a strong, densely woven fabric.
It is thin, firm, lightweight, and quick-drying.
The unique crispness creates a refreshing feeling.
The slider is GRIPPER ZIPPER.
It uses a cam lock (double-claw type) zipper that locks in place when the pull tab is pulled down.
While retaining the cargo pockets with exposed buttons and vintage details based on historical background, the balance around the thighs and waist has been resized.
The side pockets make it easy to access items while bending over. Details unique to military items. Gusseted for large storage capacity.
Another feature not to be missed are the action pleats at the knees, which allow for easier movement.
The bio-wash process creates puckering in the stitching throughout, giving it an attractive look that is unique to vintage military wear.
The military name is printed on the back of the obi.
