A trucker cap featuring an embroidered patch of the Earth logo with a globe motif.
The main materials are the original materials used in Trophy Clothing's standard pants: natural duck, authentic denim and blacky denim.
Natural Duck
Undyed natural duck woven on an old-fashioned power loom using No. 10 warp threads and No. 7 weft threads.
Blackie Denim
14.0oz selvedge denim made with No. 7 threads for both the warp and weft.
The warp threads are sulfur-dyed black and the weft threads are reactive-dyed brown, and the fabric is finished with shrink-proofing and sanforization.
Authentic Denim (13.50z)
The fabric is made from selvedge denim with a No. 7 warp thread and No. 6 weft thread, and the weft thread is dyed gray, which goes very well with indigo.
The hat has a 6-panel shape, made using an original wooden mold.
The back of the panel is made of original tape with the logo printed on it.
The inside of the brim is switched to green satin, which is the style seen on American baseball caps from before the 80's.
The snapback design allows you to adjust the size with just one touch.
Chain stitching on various parts of the cap, which is considered difficult even in Japan, was made possible with the cooperation of our affiliated factory.
